Damn... I can't think of anything else, it should work.

it would a mistake in tooltip make it crash?

though the fact the disabled works but normal does not screams  .odf    but like you said it should work for me if it works for you im not changing anything in the .odf just straight copy and paste....

I'm not sure about the tooltip, both the normal and damaged ones use the same entry.

Stock, as in the same one the game came with? That was... unexpected. Maybe something went wrong when you installed?

Sounds like it's trying to use a reasource that doesnt exist, be it a broke weapon, or some other value.

The odf checks out fine; I copied every weapon from the original station one-by-one and the station doesn't crash my game.

Hey i've got a little problem of my own. I got the unity station ingame, made it buildable from the fed construction ships. Builds just fine but theres no build menu on the station. Any suggestions?

The station wasn't set as a builder, I've put an alternate odf in a post on the second page that should correct that issue.

Edit: The base download has that new odf and also modifies the damaged one to act like a much weaker, less capable version of the regular Unity.

Are both stations in the tech file? (tech1.tt in stock armada2)

By the way will this work with the latest version? If not are you updating it?

Not, they're map units. Having the damaged one in the tech tree would be strange, anyway.

It should work in the new game, I can't think of any changes that should cause a problem.

just wondering if this will work in 3.1.5 without changing anything?  p.s. i never did get it to work before but i think it had something to do with a change in the sprites file

I think it should, the cost code would need changing only if you want it buildable.
