that doesn't matter actually. the installer offers you to uninstall the previous version anyway.
game settings are all lost this time, as 3.0.6 has a different configuration file than 3.0.0-3.0.5a

I think the slots of federation Warp in is missing. Either I'm blind or they have been canceled.


Edit: found it on the support vessels
maybe for some fix or patch you can add this info on the building.

small bug; sound seems to loop when decommissioning a ship (i was regaining vet points to upgrade the dom dreadnought)

maybe some borg modules you can place on the hull of the assimilated ships

for the love of breen how cool are their cruisers now 0o  new effect is so much better!!!

I agree, but I think the Breen battleship should not have the same effect or at least it should fire more torps at a time. Also since its torps are more damaging against smaller ships its role becomes rather strange, since by the time you get it there arent that many small ships left

I certainly did enjoy the singularity special weapon on the Veteran Dread

BTW, do Romulan ships now really fire faster at the beggining of the battle or will that be implemented in a later patch, I cant see the difference right now :S

the veterans rock!!!! (and i just played fed and rom)
i wouldn't have stayed in bed that long if i knew that 3.0.6 is out

found some bugs:

• the generix frigate and spectre veterans don't use veteran slots
• the combat cloak of the generix spectre still gets disabled on levelup
• the intelligence center uses no special station slot when it reaches level 2
• after loading a saved game all explosions of all ever destroyed ships were displayed permantly

edit: and i still can't use my native resolution of 1280x1024 (i use a NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT, if that information is of any help)

  And after a quick test, the tachyon scan of canaveral class doesn't work.

Really awesome, i never got vaporized by a few klingon ships before  :woot:

AI on easy, well , it was easy, FOR THEM.  :pinch:

I don´t know how, by the time i had a strike fleet ready to roam the map, my butt was kicked by a bunch of veteran k´tingas.

Don´t get me wrong, i like to try new things, but is the easy ai supposed to spam veteran ships, basically, there wasn´t a spot an the map (nirvana 2) that wasn´t filled with enemy fleets, i never encountered that before.

But i won´t give up, maybe i get some veteran ship myself one day.....  B)

i agree with -=B!G=-The Black Baron the breen battleship shouldnt have the same effect on the torpedos as the cruiser. you have the battleship to fight big ships. so now its kinda useless

but thx for the patch
