V3: Last Federation Updates

I feel old...I can't see this curve, from that pic Optec put up there it looks like the galaxy class's bottom is concave rather then the smaller convex area in the center...but that might just be my eyes

Most likely no noxter update, since they've been cut till future versions if I remember right.

To Optec: Is that the new Galaxy model?!? That is aruguably the best Galaxy texturing job I've seen in any Star Trek game (or mod) PERIOD.

Obviously you've not seen Scotchys Galaxy class for BC/SFC3 which is the most accurate (considering the time it took to create it), Galaxy class there is, with no exceptions.

But arent the models for BC and SFC3 more detailed than for A2?

Generally yes, but i've seen some better details on A2 ships occassionally. Anyhow, the BC Galaxy classes are by far the best, this one is just very verry nice.

y are we now talkin about BC, its totally different from A2? just to bash it some more (although i have had fun playing it), what wally names a game bridge commander but only includes 2 bridges as standard? lol

yes, I hated that, I downloaded as many ships that came with bridges as possible, Intrepids ect...Bridge Commander was a great game though, I used to love to annoy people in multiplayer by cloaking as the romulans and ramming damaged ships

never played bridge commander, mainly because i heard that you can only fly sovies.

No way! the story line you fly a Galaxy, then a Sov. but in the instant action or whatever it's called, you can fly BOPs Vorcha's Warbirds, Akiras, Galors, Keldons, Hybrids...Stuff like that, and then there are thousands (and I mean thousands) of ship mods, I had a bunch, Defiants, Intrepids, Had a cardie Hutet, and a Norexian(isn't that how it's spelt, the warbirds from Nemisis?)...I had a load of them, it's a great game, I really need to buy it Again.

You can even fly around inside a federation starbase's docking bay. Loved doing that with a BOP and flying around in there There are all sorts of stations, I had a mod that let me command stations.

But the bridge is always of Sovie or Galaxy. Well you can download some others but they are made badly imo
