well funny if you're not testing only the auto assim assim then you are basically saying:

i can show you that a mixed fleet is good.

u dont need to show people that, its obvious.

Me never say only auto-assims. The game we play isnt even related to this topic. TC- Borg, me Borg-assim. How can I show people the usefulness of auto Assims if they chose Borg?

People keep saying that auto assims die like nothing because they are way too slow. I only built 2 probes to accompany my assim which is key in this strategy because the probes are the damage soakers.... Got it!? Its not that much of a mixed fleet, it just adds a little firepower to compensate for the miss rate, and allows me to assimilate enemy ships very early on.

So before you start writing flame posts full of swearing and accusations, actually READ what that person is SAYING. :rolleyes:

i never said any of this. i think they are fine.

what i am saying is that your first post and title of this thread imply you are saying that assims on their own are good. which they arent, if u spam them, u can be countered easily.

No no no no no... I never said Assims ALL BY THEMSELVES! Most people see probes building and start countering probes and scubes...
