Those nacelles might need a little TLC in a re-skin, and that handle-bar nacelle design does kinda scream old-school, but it definitely has the look of a 'brawler' if any Starfleet ship ever did.
(and no, I can't remember why all of my own ships are shooting it in the second picture; I blame the Romulans)
