Don't use any custom maps - they are all bugged.

uhh, Dom did you mean attach or should we  :guns: attack :2guns: our bug report once we put it in an e-mail?

on another note, too bad about the save issue (so much for people saying it took so long so big bugs woulden't happen  :whistling:) haven't had much time to play yet but looks good so far. good to know a fix is on the way!

i have added some info to the map editing forum on how to use custom maps with 3.1.0 here: Star Trek Armada II: Fleet Operations - How to convert maps to FO 3.1.0 from earlier versions.

I wanted to save a game in instant action, but at the moment I clicked on "save", it kicked me out back to the desktop.

Map: Nirvana II

But I was able to play over an hour with the borg (without saving).
Keep on killing bugs  :D

edit:
Win 7 machine under Boot Camp - Macbook pro.
Instead of the savegame crash, I didnt notice any great disadvantages in the game. After reinstalling multimedia pack, I hav music, sounds, good graphics and the game runs fast.
