RPG-X Complete Edition Released news - Mod DB

An Elite Force mod has done it, they officially got permission to go standalone:
The RPG-X role playing group The Last Outpost has worked hard the last few months to arrange an agreement with Raven Software, Paramount, and CBS which would allow you to enjoy RPG-X without having to search for a copy of Star Trek - Voyager: Elite Force to buy which are really rare and often very expensive nowadays. They finally succeeded in this task and now released the RPG-X Complete Edition.

This would be an absolut break through for Fleet Ops. The situation is pretty much the same, only that A2 is even rarer than Elite Force 1 and that Mad Doc has been bought by Rockstar Games. But well, time to give it at least a try and get this thing rollin'.  :shifty:

No one as small time as a group of modders will be able to break any kind of deal with rockstar games, you have more chance of being hit by lightening than even getting a response.

Sounds awesome, if indeed possible. And it would make it a lot easier to distribute and gain new players :D

Ohh, it would be soo cool.  The ammount of new players would be crazy too. :woot:  Unfortunately, I think you would lose a lot of potential a2 modders, but hey, you still have those of us who are already here. :innocent:

I doubt modder loss would be that severe, it would still be Armada 2. It would just be under new management.
