I noticed there are no non-combat ship descriptions... Would it be useful to include them in your guide to make it even more complete?
I would also suggest that terrain be also described (nebulae).
And non-buildable ships (special map objects) too, like that Ferengi Scavenger ship, Prometheus etc. ?

The non-combat ships (construction ships and mining ships) are quite similar for most parts to Armada II and their specialities are mentioned in race specific mechanics. I will add the Newton and Hyperspace artillery in next version.

The nebulae descriptions could be useful, I might include them in the next version.

The non-buildable ships are not very important in my opinion, of course if someone thinks that they should be there, I might add them.

Some weapons and ship classes does additional damage to certain classes. And some ships have reduced damage taken from some classes. So I think it is more useful to list ships this way. And ships are in listed smallest to biggest in cruisers, destroyers, battleships and support vessels sections.
I am quite pleased with this layout at the moment, it is easy to maintain when adding new content. And I think that it works well too :)

kk np how u wished mate... :D

but i dont understand ur argumentation with set 1.cruiser (is the medium class in this game) 2. destroyer (the smallest class in game) and 3.battleship (biggest class available in game) dependent on damage calculations.
And i cant see any pieces of advice or infos about damage calculations in ur guide sry.

and question again which program or tool did u use to make ur pdf? plz anwers it thx.

There is no explanation why the ship types are in that order (cruisers, destroyers, battleships, support ships). What I meat was that the ship classes were in smallest to biggest order under the ship type (mostly) (from smallest cruiser to biggest cruiser). And the damage isn't a criteria for which vessels comes first. Perhaps I should do some modifications to the list to make it more logical.

I used the OpenOffice Writer to make the PDF (In most cases you can see the program used to create the PDF with your PDF reader).

I have a question, is there any way to see how many Hitpoints the shields of a ship has?

Ingame you can see how much Hitpoints the hull has but not the shields
