lowest resolution, moderate detail settings.

It still lag occasionally but not much to worry about as STA:2 has never quite ran well on my computer anyway.

AMD Athalon 2.2 ghz
Ram: 190 megs DDR
Geforce FX: 5200 PCI
OS: Win XP Pro

Game settings:

Graphics Detail: High
no other extra graphics settings activated
Sound Quality: High

Laggy, when a decent enters the screen, gets super laggy, I had my lagging fleet of decents go to their death just to up the fps, what a waste

Problems:
Crash upon save, possibly due to my editing of the odfs (I wanted to be able to build the advanced tech without running out of credits, so I just made it so they don't use up credits, MUAHAHAHAHHA)
Crash after 3 minutes of playing the noxter race
Crash soon after destroying an enemy noxter defiler chamber
Crash 5 minutes into teh game with noxter as an enemy
Crash 20 minutes into the game with noxter as ally

[DOCaTalk]Make sure you have the latest patch installed, the descent had a texture file missing in beta 2.0[/DOCaTalk]

750 mHz Intel Pentium III
NVIDIA viodeo card TNT model 64, 32mb of VRAM
192mb of RAM

works horribly probably will crash if I load 1024x768x32

---Low res textures, graphics at 1/4. 800x600x16 res--- That's how I put it.

If I were to make a minimal requirement, I would put..

1.0Ghz
256+ram (MINIMUM!!!!!!)
64MB of video card memory

Hello I just downloaded Fleet Operations and must say it is well done. I have a Pentium 4, 1.8 GHz CPU with 512 MB of ram. Tne game is a little choppy, not with the weapons and stuff but the ships don't seem to fly very well. Also my mouse pointer is a little choppy but other than that it seems to run fine. Is the choppiness just the game or do i need a better graphics card. I just have the graphics card the HP computer came with. I believe it is a NIVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64 Pro but I am not sure. Thanks for your help!

Hi FireSky! If it is really the graphic card in your computer then it is the component that slows down the game. you could check in the device manager (control panel -> system -> hardware -> device manager -> Display Adapter)
