(ship)-II,

Which race do you like most? What do you like - what you don't like? Discuss it here.

So, it is all about a new Connie? What about other ships like the Kelvin, or Starempire classes?

I think that is another name for the Federation Class... The Constitution-like ship with the Shuttlebay/Deflector switched around, shorter Nacelle Pylons and a thrid Nacelle on the Saucer Section. With a TMP-era version that is the same except for the Shuttlebay/Deflector switch.

I can't find an entry for a Star Empire Class on Memory Alpha, Memory Beta, ST Expanded Universe or even Memory Gamma...

If the Enterprise/ Enterprise-A were Constitution-IIs, then the Enterprise-E would have been a Soverign II, because the angle of the warp nacel conectors were changed.

And you went through all that for a two word internet question Tyler?  lol good job. I didn't even know about the last two...

Both the TMP Enterprise and the Enterprise-A are Constitution-R, "R" for refit. It's the hull of a Constitution-class starship with a major systems overhaul: sensors, weapons, engines, transporters, etc.

NCC-1701-A was a previous in-service Constitution class starship that was refitted and changed its name.

There is no mention of a Constitution-II in canon. Ever.

Well I was hoping for a Kelvin-II because I like its design. :( But so far noone else seems to even care...

Just keep trying, sometimes a little patience and persistance can work wonders. As long as you don't push too far.

I liked the Kelvin, but It just doesnt seem like a design that would still be used. like the freedom class.

The 2 are probably related... maybe the (rather likely) discontinued Freedom Class is the most recent descendant of the Kelvin?

A modern version would be good in a similar role to the Saber...

A Kelvin II type proably would be cool, but I only saw one in Star Trek XI. Compared to seeing the Constitution from probably every possible angle, given the known laws of physics :D. Although, I guess it dosen't matter wether I have seen the Constitution more than the Kelvin, because it would be a new ship. Apperently, also, it is a Kelvin type, not a class, IDK the difference.
