I hope if they do destroy the E, they make a FO century class, and make that an enterprise F

Pretty much all I could find is a paragraph from the Readme of an Armada2 download of it:

However at first the Century looks like a kitbash of an Intrepid and a Nova Class, her ancestors are much more older: the Lexington and the Renaissance Classes. Just like her predecessors the Century is also the small sister of the actual strongest class of the Starfleet, the Sovereign. Her size is about the size of the Intrepid.
The Century is perfect for space exploration and support missions.

The Century Class was actually originally designed by DJ Curtis for Bridge Commander: Century Class U.S.S. Enterprise-F, Bridge Commander Downloads, Bridge Commander Future Timeline

She's a beauty of a ship. Seems like a natural evolution of Starfleet designs, perfect for the Enterprise F(infact, the Century Class mod for BC has the Enterprise-F registry). Certainly better than any other concepts i've seen for the F.

I imagine it's probably around the size of an Akira, but with a Sovereign design

The Century is not a bad ship, but I doubt a new Enterprise would be out of a sisterclass of her predecessor. Usually the Enterprise as the flagship is going to be out of the newest class.
After the decommision of the 1701-A, all Enterprise-named ships were of the biggest and newest class available by Starfleet (after C's loss, they waited a long time to build a new one). In FO, a new Enterprise would probably be either one of the prototypes or one of the first "mass-produced" ships of the Descent class in my view.

Enterprise's aren't the newest Class in the Fleet, they are the best currently in full service, or they would have held off on launching the A until the already existing Excelsior had finished it's trial runs and built the A as an Excelsior rather than a recycled Constitution.

The D could have been delayed for a number of reasons; the Cardassian war, long build time, bugs to work out, not really getting around to working on it, ect.

if u fix the size of the FO akira to that of the bridge commander stock akira then the century (modded in via the previous link) is bigger and much stronger. it had aft firing quantums and forward firing quantum and forward firing photons, all of which reloaded in seconds.

now this would seem to be overpowered for fleet ops. maybe water it down, remove the aft quantums and forward photons and make it just a bit more powerful than the descent, maybe 1.2 descents (yes descent is now a unit of measurement  :P) and make it a hero ship for a campaign? that way u only get one.  >:D

on a completely pointless note, i loved  the century class in bridge commander and would agree that it would be a good ship to take the name enterprise. if they're gonna blow up the ent-E could they make sure that B4 is onboard and tie up that awful plot contrivance/loose end.
