Ok let me start with what Shadow said borg vs borg opt vs asim, opt borg cant stop assim borg this is not right Shadow is talking about the game i played with him when i was assim borg they way i went about in that game can be beat but for sure the assim borg dose have a better chance of winning.
And for the Big D i don't think there OP but more capital ships to match , like for example sovrein/neg and it's all so much harder to rush to a sov/neg then a big d much harder so i think having to buy the baby rom yard to build the big d or moving the Norexan to the big d queue build run and moving the big d to the Norexan queue build run would help i think and by the build run queue i mean this so the Norexan right now has this

D’deridex - Warbird Yard + Upgrade Facility
I think then should be move around so it be D’deridex Warbird Yard + Tal'Shiar Academy + i tihink that need baby yard too and the should be Norexan Warbird Yard + Upgrade Facility
Not sure what Shadow would think of this or tryp but if they think this is a good move i would hope for a hotfix so this change can be made soon so if your rom in 1v1 your not 97% chance of winning

On a side note i don't think borg turets should cost CC as slow down ship building way to much should just cost supply dill tri like the rest

Hey folks,
your new AI is awesome Tryptic!
Some things I noticed:
1.) The Fed AI builds an Akira while Chassis level 2 is being researched.
2.) I played as Puretech Dominion and I had 9999 slots to make veteran S2s.
3.) As I played as Mijural Romulan i think that my first Tavara was already upgraded to the Spectre version.

Lol oops, I was working with unlimited veterans when I was testing and forgot to put it back for the upload. Well, congrats guys, enjoy it while it lasts
Also, with regards to the warbirds, I can tweak the balance, but I like the way they're set up. Despite their stats, the big D is an early game ship while the Norexan is a late-game ship. The big D costs so much supply that you need a supply buy every 4 ships, and its special ability doesn't stack with multiple uses. The Norexan, on the other hand, costs half as much supply and has a damage ability that scales incredibly well.
You should really try the new Centurion/Norexan/Singularity build, it's absolutely beastly with the centurions tanking for the Norexans. The Singularity Gens give nearly unlimited energy when they go harmonic, which boosts the true offensive value of the Norexans to well over 100. I'm dying to see them used in a real PvP game.

In 2.4 I'm getting a pretty consistent crash in the following situation:
1) Playing Risner Fed (other races / avatars not tested)
2) Selecting a constructor and
3) Pressing an 'F' hotkey to select a building to construct. Most commonly F4 (Starfleet Engineering).
Seems not to do it when selecting through the menu, but still a breaking bug IMO.
Edit: Clean install of 2.4. No other mods even present. FO 3.2.7 using DX9 renderer on Win10 64 bit, in case any of that matters.
Edit 2: Crashes started to occur even in vanilla 3.2.7. Restarted machine. No more crashes. No idea.

Yes i kind of think the same that it can sometime be kind of easy to get a huge warp-in cap now.

Sovereigns: I'm taking a look at all of the races and how they scale in games with super-large fleets. The strength of the Federation is the size of their Fed-ball, so I want to try keeping the +2 bonus for now. It's alright if the cap gets out of hand, as long as the other races have similar mechanics.
Remore: agreed, especially since normally the only ships with 140 speed are short-ranged. I'll lower it to 130 in the next version, for starters.
AI Norexans: I looked it up, and the AI never used the Norexan special, it simply built a couple Norexans with the special permanently on. I can go ahead and re-add this to the build order so that you'll see a couple using MPW.
Galaxy class: this is a tricky one, since it's a free ship. One thing I'm going to do in the next patch is give select ships the Tractor Beam ability so they can tow disabled ships. I'm going to give it to the Galaxy which will definitely make them useful, if not more dangerous. Otherwise...maybe I can make their rank-up stats better?
Torp Nebula: I think you've mentioned this before, but I just didn't get to it before releasing. I'll take a look and give it something, either range, damage, or a subsystem disable chance perhaps.

Probably a second look at warp-in limits might be in order in light of that. It just seems odd that the limit is so tight to start off with, eases up, and then becomes nigh-irrelevant. A smoother curve might be in order.
That's interesting about the Norexan. I'm sure I've seen (in vanilla 3.2.7) Norexans before MPW was researched, but that may well be a figment of my imagination. It's definitely the ability that makes them dangerous in AI hands, as they have huge front-loaded spike damage.
For the Galaxy, I suspect part of the issue is that it's a random spawn on a standard warp in. One solution that might work would be to bump it's stats up, but make it a separate warp-in option taking 3 slots. I dunno. It just doesn't seem to on-par with even bottom-tier Warbirds now (Cehlaer especially; Galaxy should be able to counter it, but its big bump in firepower and superior speed now overcomes the Galaxy's anti-long range passive).
The torp Nebula's Officer upgrade has been a long-standing beef of mine, long before this mod. The phaser goes from 1-shot 7 damage to 2-shot 4 damage. It's such a miserly difference, especially considering ships with scaling damage resistance to weak attacks. The Offense and Defense gains it gets from ranking up are almost flat, as well, especially poor considering the System upgrades it gets aren't enough to allow a second use of Precise Volley in while Tactical Torpedo Pod is active, even at Veteran. It's a decent ship, but every rank one gets I wish could have gone to something else.

I like this iv all ways wanna the Galaxy to be a much better ship in Fleet Ops iv all ways wanna to be able to build one from the yard but as this is not going to happen having a very nice Galaxy you can call in that takes 3 slots would be very cool .
On side note if Tryptic dose this i would hope the when it ranks up you get nice bump in stats as you can only get them so often and can only get so many so it would be harder to get them to vets as not like you going have a fleet of 10/20/100 of them like the ships you can build from yards.

One other thing, is there any way you can adjust the autotarget priority for Newtons? So that I'm less likely to lose 90 supply worth of ships pulling them back from repairing a 5 supply mining vessel?

Version 2.5c has been released, with some major modifications to the Romulan tech tree. I've also added the files to a MediaFire folder, so they may be easier for some people to access

Any plans to re-implement trading, colonization, and warp? It's just not Star Trek without those things.
EDIT: Also, can you implement some way for supply to be obtained without the "purchase supply" cop-out?
