How to make newbies advance in MP?

I'm already well past that marker.... I might even catch up with dom.

Anyway, I'm curious, if everyone thinks and works a different way. Shouldn't people find a strategy that works for them? Because there are the slow tech-ups (like me), and then there are you guys.

I can switch to Rhienns...result is the same...The reason why you dont see me building Warbirds most of the time is...the game is over after mid-game 

I could play Fed but then I have to spam Intrepids, Akiras and Excel2 in most cases.
I could play Klingon but then I have to spam KBQ, Kvort, Susa/Sang and Vorchas.
I could play Dominion but then its Buggs, Bombers, T-xyz

What I cannot change is Micro and Macro. This allone gives  significant advantages in the beginning. Good enough to dominate the mid-game.
