Although redundancy is good to remind us, the developers make a list of the bugs and correct them as they appear  ^-^

sorry,I am going to read it whole before posting aggain

I love you all, this game is unique

Dominus_Noctis wrote:Not a bug and has been there since 3.1.0 I believe :). It's to make the AI more challenging and fun.  ^-^

I would be very happy if someone made on/off switch in game options for AI cheating... when switched off,the AI would build units of just one avatar, everything for normal price.AI should be made more challenging by making it smarter not cheater.

I don't know about avatar units (I've never seen them use both avatars), but the resource thing should be easy to change; just edit the cost multiplyer in RTS_CFG in the main directory.

A little bit more work than using an on/off switch, but it has the same effect.

How should I change it? also how I open that directory? I never done anything like this, thanks :)

It's in the 'Data' folder with the odf and sod folders, and can be opened with Notepad or Wordpad. Just look for 'Build cost multiplyer' and change the 2 numbers under it to 1.0 (the default is 0.1 for cost and 0.6 for time), that should change the hard-level AI to have the same cost and build time as you.

another bug

Any turret, perimeter or station ignore the command to attack targets selected by player. It make me go out and kill babies with chainsaw when I see one Scube destroyng two mines,4 miners and turret just becose that turret keeps firing on borg resource thing.

You cannot tell stations what to hit, they are all automated now.

automated by what,a super  hi end processor from 24 century with incredible power of  8 terra-idiots per one failcore ( 32 failcores per processor for even worse gameplay )

ok its autonomated, but why all these things have still attack option in that menu when decomisioning is? Also having parameter causing friendly fire and not having any control over it is not very smart

I dont see any reason why player should not have control over them. After all,I he is the master of these things. Its bad when you want to capture some unit but they destroy it,its bad when they fire at tacticaly wrong target ( this can easily make you loose the game )

The attack button is still there because anything that can attack will have it by default, and you can still tell them to attack even if you can't pick the actual target. Sometimes, they don't fire at things at the edge of their range unless you tell them to.

I don't know if the friendly fire was intended or not, but it will probably get a second look eventually if it's a bug or proves too unpopular.

Just in 'Data', it's one of the files beneath all the folders. Click 'R' on the keboard and it should take you straight to it.

thanks, last question... there is also AI multiplayer build speed and cost data for mediun and easy ai ( easy = normal, medium = hard, hard - merciless??? ) should I change them too if I want all AI levels to stop cheating?
