I watched that game and I have to say that I was impressed with Ent. D's inclination to make sure his mines were guarded with different fleets.  I know he's new to MP so I'm happy to say that I thought he did a great job!


  Only problem was just a lack of aggressiveness that let Arash control where, when, and how the battles will proceed.  Of course this is something we all learn better as we play more .


  Also it's hard when there is lag / and or / delay causing control issues .

Hey Yandonman.  I posted on the 4th miner thing somewhere in the strategy forums.  I don't know if you filmed this before then or not.  But it's not any better than 3.  Also, the reason that the pulse platform did so well against that brel is that the pulses do something like 60 damage, but have a 4 second cooldown.  So they do a ton of damage upfront, and then take a while before they fire again.  Really nice against those pesky short ranged destroyers.

Rommie vs Rommie really is pretty fun I have to say .

  It was a pretty relaxed game in that way.  Since neither of us spammed Generix or Leahvals you could see how other vessels measure up to one another.  I think that's a pretty good display of what a Rommie gamestyle SHOULD be like.

  Granted we did not go with the most aggressive and damaging buildstyles, but after I got the disruptor Rhienns before I ate his exp completely I had no ships that were ever really "weak" defensively.  All of my vessel had a defense of 24 or higher.  Leahvals can uber-repair so really Xerjel and I were both picking at each other and waiting for a time to make a decisive strike.
