Arash and Boggz played 2 quick 1 v 1's.

  1st Game:

Arash - Opti Borg
Boggz - Martok Klingons

  Arash was Victorious.


  2nd Game:
Arash - Taq'roja Klingons
Boggz - Risner Feds

  Boggz was Victorious.


  Don't remember who the observers were but we'll post the logs if needed.

Once again Feds ftw!

Please I have to ask that people stop thinking that the accounting is messed up.  I go over the standings each day and update if necessary and I find it insulting when people question my work.  Considering how dedicated I am to making sure this tournament runs smoothly. 

Also congratulations to Arash8472 with his 4 wins he is the third person to move on to the elimination round alongside Beat2k10 and Butterbread.

#1, i think im the only person who has mentioned that anything with the groups has been wrong, and the first time that i did, i was right,

I added wrong, and i thought you had made a mistake, i simply wanted you to double check it, i wasnt trying to "insult" you, merel make sure that the tourny results are accurate, as mistakes, such as mine, happen

i think i only won 3 times... i had 4 games, lost 1 to bog so.. it's 3-1 ?

yeah i was actually about to comment that, you havent played mort yet right? so then you would have only played 4 games total 3-1,

that was a good win btw, nice game to watch

another really nice game

Mort (Martok) vs Yandon (Optimize) observed by funnystuff and arash

a lot better than first one

but still  resistance was irrelevant

well we all know how strong feds are. they are an easy race to play as, the race with training wheels

borg optimise is my strongest race/avatar funnily. i have had a lot of practice as borg opti. and borg are an easy race once u get used to their play style as they have less ships to micro.

And you dont have to care for your miners till mid-game...and exactly this is one of the key advantages playing borg...any other faction can lose miners because of quick raids...the borg don't.

thats not true, clever early game strikes can kill borg miners, just not many. a small group of levals can eat a miner then run.

yep they can. the leval did it with ease. a horde of other ships could kill 1 miner. more than 1 miner is unreasonable in the early game. this isnt a guarantee, just like harassing other races, they might defend and stop your harassment.

i think borg miners deserve their large defence, as they cost quite a bit more than other miners.

replacing even 1 borg miner costs the same as replacing 2 non borg miners.
