i didnt notice that, even though i relooked lol, thanks for pointing it out. can you clarify the exact details though, it still isnt clear. is it:

a) the newton (upgraded to shield restoring capabilities) is trying to repair the shields of a cloaked allied ship thinking that shields are damaged when they are just down cos of cloak

or

b) trying to fire on enemy ships even though it lacks a weapon to do so.

or is it both a) and b) ?

added to table. i also cleared up the tables format so its easier for mods/devs to update it and mark bugs complete etc. each row of the table is now its own paragraph.

Cover fire causes name change (adds suffix)

Just to add a bit on this bug, I've tested it and caught it as it happened. It's definitely the covering fire. It seems to mostly get the Sabre's, but sometimes other ships that get a coverfire bonus.

thanks to zebh and butterbread for catching a funny bug. if you are borg and assim a warpin vessel and it dies, starfleet still get their supply from you. even the borg cant escape the taxman

I'm not sure if it was noted earlier, but a persistent map editor bug still shows up. Basically whenever you place any units that have no shields (e.i all the Borg units) and then either start the map or reload it in the editor they magically all have shields. This happens everytime, even if you get rid of the shields again after reloading. Fighting a Borg Cube with shields is not so much fun.  :crybaby:

I noticed something today cover fire seems to reset repairing ships as well.

thats a general problem with some replaceweapons, hopefully they will get fixed one day. in a recent replay a qawduj jumped out of the repair queue in mid repair cos imperial stance ended lol.

ive noticed the map editor shields bug too.

I go in the game menu, where you change graphic settings, sound settings, etc., uncheck "Hardware Vertex Processing" and "Bump Mapping" options, do nothing else but exit the game menu and the Fleet Operations game. I enter again the game Fleet Operations and it's game menu, and when I go to the option boxes of "Hardware Vertex Processing" and "Bump Mapping" that I just unchecked, I find out that they are still checked, and that unckecking them earlier had no effect.

C-11 interceptors' range boost does nothing for Breen Cruisers.  Haven't tested it for other ships yet, I'll have time to do some testing tomorrow.

In addition, the energy beacon grants 20 special energy but its tooltip says it's 10.  I hope it's supposed to be 20 as 10 seems...lethargic for its current cost.

tiny, tiny "bug"...when officer breen battleships disable a subsystem with their attack, it goes dark for 3 or 6 seconds instead of flashing yellow.  Don't think anybody really cares if that gets "fixed."

veteran rhienns dont have an icon for aldovh cloak on the single unit panel.

That's not a tooltip problem, it's an odf one; the unitname = "X" has the wrong name.

No-one seems to want it fixed and seems to prefer it as Latinum Moon, so we should probably leave it as that.

well i thought tooltips were the thing that came up when you hover over an object in game? when you hover over a tri moon, latinum moon appears.

it is a bug and should be fixed as the moons are tri not latinum. just its not a game breaking bug lol.

those 4 are now fixed in dev version:

Tritanium moon tooltip says Latinum, presumably due to the recent renaming of variables

No sound when chat message is received

PNG format Minimaps work only in map selector, not in game setup
