Also, the bug of covering fire causing a name change, usualy adding a -A -B etc etc to the ship, I've all but confirmed on my end.

It's usualy just other sabres and excels that get it, but still annoying.

I THINK it may sometimes happen to Sabres when switching hyper impulse on/off but I'm not sure. Could be thats just when I notice it.

To elaborate on the Leavhal losing weapons to Sensor Jammer: Me and Stardust did some testing and it seems that any weapon disabling effects disable the weapons systems for about 3-4 minutes. No idea why.

Upon further investigation by Zebh, it seems the disable time can range to anything from 200 to over 5000 seconds depending on whther its mixed tech, or energy reeling is enabled.

Hey everybody!

Dodecahedrons system disabling effect seems not working. (6 double intercept dodecs shooting on one ship and no effect on its subsystems, not even on bugz or intrepids or SSEC ships) :(
Instead of the intended 14 percent chance its basically 0.

Tested it with multiple races, with multiple modul configurations.

Just tried it with some akiras and never got a proc.

just tested it and regardless of modules (always had at least 1 inter) it fails to disable anything over many shots. 3 dodecas focusing on an akira/sabre and never a subsystem went yellow. will add to table.

its probably a leftover of the paused borg redo. They might be changing something about rapid adaption, should be interesting :)

B-5's, well it really looks like that the fighters are counted as short range. All ablative aromor ships seem take much less damage from b5's fighters. (also phase plate rhienns) (we tested the puretech b-5s btw)

One more thing: I'm the only one that think that it's kinda wrong that there are only 6 ships that can kill a B-5 in a 1v1 ship to ship fight? :D  I mean everything dies besides Vorcha, Soverign, Tavara, Sphere, Diamon, Cube.  :lol:  Neggies, Avalons, Phalanxes, and all the ships that supposed to counter it like Luspet and Eresis die horribly lol. We didn't used our awesome micro skills :lol:, but I don't think it wouldn't have matter, with the B-5's 120 speed, hehe. Yeah, sure klingons and romulans can cloak out (if you don't have the brutal dominion ping stuff of course) But what should poor feds do?  :(

boggz showed in a replay how to beat b5, and that was with a repair bug against boggz lol

When someone confirms the pure b5 fighters counting as sr i'll add to table.

When the minimap is in PNG format, it works only in the map selector, not on the game setup map view.
